Our fully uniformed attendants will patrol your car park on a regular basis or a set number of random visits over a period that fits in with your most vulnerable times day or night. They will carry out a full patrol, checking the validity of all vehicles parked on your premises, checking for valid passes or tickets and ensuring that all restricted parking areas are clear and that all designated disabled bays are used by those who display a Blue Badge.

Static Patrol

This service is ideal for larger car parks & retail parks / shopping centre’s our uniformed attendant will patrol your car park and issue parking notices to vehicles that have parked contravening the rules of your site.

With the attendants being on site permanently this adds a visual deterrent for would be parking offenders as well as adding a visual security deterrent. An attendant can also deal with any queries regarding PCN’S that have been issued that day as opposed to being served a PCN through the post. As parking issues can be contentious our attendants are trained to the highest standard and will try and defuse any confrontation with tact and diplomacy.

All our attendants use hand-held computers to issue there parking notices, which upload the pcn’s to our back office system in real time.
